The solutions tab provides the information regarding the available knowledge base in the system, the following page is displayed once you open the solutions tab: -
Once you click on the main heading as shown below: -
The list of articles available in that topic is displayed in a listing format as shown below: -
When you click on one of the articles available in the listing page, the following detailed view page opens which has the detailed description about that topic, you can even print the information available there using Print option available in that page.
